ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 12-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3, 4 and 5 of N.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner alongwith others has blocked the main road in protest against the kidnapping of son of Lakhindra Paswan as a result thereof, the present case has been lodged. Learned counsel further submits that similarly situated co-accused persons, namely, Shanti Devi and Shatrughan Paswan have been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 07.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14425 of 2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30842 of 2015 (2) dt.12-08-2015 Considering the aforementioned submissions and also the fact that other co-accused persons have already been granted bail by this Court, let the petitioner Subodh Paswan, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate (East), Muzaffarpur in connection with Mithanpura P.S. Case No. 187/2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
