The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 20 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 419 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though it is alleged that petitioner was impersonating in the examination hall in place of Sahil Kumar (Roll No. 10428) but petitioner, in fact, was nowhere near the examination hall rather he was apprehended near the center thinking that he was helping the candidates at the center.
Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30740 of 2015 (2) dt.11-08-2015 before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 20 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
