The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 279 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B) (a), 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

By order dated 02.02.2021, a report was called for. The report is at flag 'S'. The Principal Judge, Juvenile Justice Board, Patna submits that the J.J.B., Patna has not granted any bail to the petitioner. Further vide order dated 04.01.2021, the Juvenile Justice Board, Patna has rejected the bail petition of the petitioner. On 08.02.2021, the Board received order dated 01.02.2021 passed by the court of learned A.D.J.-I, Patna,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37357 of 2020(3) dt.02-03-2021 2/2 wherein the learned Appellate Court granted the privileges of bail to the petitioner on the ground of Juvenile. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No.279 of 2020 pending in the court of Sub-Judge XII cum Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna.
