2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 66/2022, arising out of Barbigha P.S. Case No. 496 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code and section 8 of the POCSO Act.
3. This is the second attempt by the petitioner for his bail. Earlier, this Court vide order dated 18.10.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 68047 of 2023 had dismissed the bail of the petitioner.
4. The victim has been recovered and she had deposed in the trial that she has gone to Punjab alone and the petitioner,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 46213 of 2024(3) dt.04-10-2024 2/2 who is her cousin brother, had no role in her disappearance and the case was filed by her mother wrongly. The petitioner is in jail since 17.07.2023.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-VIth cum Exclusive Spl. Judge of POCSO Act, Sheikhpura in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 496 of 2022.
7. Copy of the deposition of the victim girl is kept on record.
