ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 4/ 13-05-2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, but unfortunately the dispute could not be resolved.

Considering the merits of the case, provisional bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 15.05.2014 in connection with Complaint Case No.2783 of 2013 to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, is hereby confirmed on the same terms.

The application stands disposed off.

However, the Petitioner from henceforth shall pay a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19938 of 2014 (4) dt.13-05-2015 2/2 sum of `1,000/- (One thousand) per month instead of `750/- (seven hundred fifty) per month.
