Earlier the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 9.1.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.78423 of 2018 and the allegation against the petitioner is that he surrounded the informant and his brother and the petitioner assaulted by Farsa, causing injury to him. Now, this is the second attempt for grant of anticipatory bail in spite of direction of this Court in earlier order to surrender and pray for regular bail, which will be considered on its own merit.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to interfere
