JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 22-03-2022 The petitioner by way of this writ application prays that he should be considered for appointment as Primary Teacher in the year 1999. Admittedly, the selection process started in the year 1996 which was concluded in the year 1999. The writ application has been preferred in the year 2020 which has come up for the first time before this Court now 2022. Taking into consideration the gross delay and latches on the part of the petitioner which remains unexplained, this Court does not find it a fit case to cause interference.
