A supplementary affidavit has been filed annexing therewith the order-sheet of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in Tr. No.2037 of 2017.

Prayer for bail has been renewed in the light of the observation of this Court made under order dated 08.11.2016 (Annexure-1). By the said order, wile rejecting the prayer for bail, a liberty was granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after six months.

It is submitted that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than 18 months.

No.29054 of 2017(3) dt.04-10-2017 2/2 In the circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, West Muzaffarpur in Motipur P.S. Case No. 179 of 2016, G.R. No. 1424 of 2016 on condition that one of the bailors shall be his own/close family members. No sooner the charges are framed, the petitioner shall appear in person before the court concerned on all the dates fixed thereat. In case of default in doing so in two consecutive dates, the trial court shall cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner and secure his arrest in accordance with law.
