Petitioner seeks bail in Akodhigola P.S. Case No.55 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016pending in the Court of the Additional Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Rohtas at Sasaram.

It is alleged that total 731 litres liquor as mentioned in the written report has been recovered from house of the petitioner. Seizure list bears signature of the petitioner. There is another case also pending against the petitioner under the Excise Act vide Aurangabad Excise Case No.229 of 2016.
