JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 06-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offence punishable under Sections 47 (A) and 54 of Bihar Excise Amendment Act.
It is contended that allegedly 17 liters of country made liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioners. It is urged that the petitioners are in custody since 27.07.2016. It is claimed that their antecedent is clean.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42777 of 2016 (2) dt.06-10-2016 2/2 of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No.24 of 2016. If the petitioners, after their release in this case, are again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of their bail bonds.
