The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dinara (Bhanas) P.S. Case No. 365 of 20154 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304-B and 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation against the petitioner that he is husband.

Considering the nature of allegation and fact that petitioner is the husband of the deceased. Hence, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and it is, accordingly, rejected.
