144 pieces of foreign wine each containing 180 ML is said to have been recovered from the possession of petitioner while he was travelling over a motorcycle and for that, he is under custody since 28.08.2016. Furthermore, as per para-3 of the present petition, petitioner has got no criminal antecedents. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Yugal Kishore Bhagat is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi PS Case No. 555 of 2016.
