This is a case registered under Sections 30(A) of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation of recovery of 18 litres of wine against the petitioner is false as no such recovery was made from his possession. He further submits that the petitioner was apprehended by SSB Jawans during course of patrolling and thereafter, his name has been dragged in this case for which is in custody since 22.04.2017.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be
