This is a case registered under Sections 30(A) of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation of recovery of 18 litres of wine against the petitioner is false as no such recovery was made from his possession. He further submits that the petitioner was apprehended by SSB Jawans during course of patrolling and thereafter, his name has been dragged in this case for which is in custody since 22.04.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28759 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Sitamarhi in C-2/36 of 2017/250 of 2017.
