The petitioner filed this petition for extension of time of surrender in the court below as the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dt. 06.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16905 of 2015. It is submitted that due to illness the petitioner did not surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of order. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that on account of illness the petitioner did not surrender in the court below within the stipulated period, the period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended for three weeks from today.

Accordingly, the petition stands allowed.
