Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is main assailant of the deceased. He is in custody since 30.11.2018. Charges have not been framed as yet. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Nayagoan Police Station Case No. 75 of 2005 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.

Hence, prayer for bail is refused.

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial preferably within a period of nine months.
