2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376(AB), 376(DA), 376(J) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 4, 6, 14 and 15 of the POCSO Act as well as Sections 67(A) and 67(B) of the I.T. Act.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is to have committed rape upon the minor daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and till today, no witnesses have been examined in this case.

5. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60778 of 2023 vide order dated 12.02.2024 and there is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of this petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of this petitioner is again rejected.

7. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial as early as possible.
