JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Four liters country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 12.06.2016. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the aforesaid recovery is nothing but is highhandedness of the Excise officials.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
