The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maigra P.S. Case No. 01 of 2016, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 386, 427, 435 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that on the basis of written report of Manoj Kumar, Maigra P.S. Case No. 01 of 2016, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 386, 427, 435 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act was instituted and in course of investigation one Sanjay Yadav was apprehended by the Police, who disclosed his complicity in the present case in the company of the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati (Gaya) in connection with Maigra P.S. Case No. 01 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
