The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 03.09.2014 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.36805 of 2014 to the extent that the petitioners are not in a position to deposit Rs.8,000/- (eight thousand only) each before the District Legal Services Authority, Saharsa. The initial order granting bail vide order dated 04.07.2014 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.17297/2014 was modified to the extent of extending the period of surrender, since the petitioner could not surrender within the stipulated time, with a condition that petitioners shall deposit Rs.8,000/- each before the District Legal Services Authority, Saharsa.

Under the circumstances, this court is not inclined to entertain this application.

However, let the date of surrender in connection with Bakhtiarpur (Balwa Hat) P.S. Case No.255 of 2013, pending

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31171 of 2015 (2) dt.07-08-2015 2/2 before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa be extended by four weeks calculated from the date of receipt or production of copy of the order.

Accordingly, it is disposed of.
