2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner attempted to obtain appointment to the post of Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.
4. It is submitted that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. At the time of appointment, petitioner furnished all the relevant documents before the competent authority. Moreover, petitioner has not been appointed to the aforesaid post. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Agrer P.S. Case No. 46 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
