By filing the instant application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner seeks quashing of the first information report in Bheja P.S. Case No. 131 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. No. 02 of 2014 registered under Sections 135 of the Electricity Act.
The allegations made in the first information report do
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30704 of 2015 dt.10-07-2015 2 / 2 attract ingredients of the offence punishable under Section 135 of the Indian Electricity Act, 2003.
