Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 82 of 2017 registered under Sections- 30(A), 32(2) and 41(1) of Bihar Excise Prohibition Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 05.06.2017 and 22.06.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25036 of 2017 and 26356 of 2017 respectively. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 02.04.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28309 of 2017 (2) dt.28-06-2017 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishlai P.S.
