The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner assaulted the informant, due to which, he sustained head injury. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. As a matter of fact, informant was annoyed with the petitioner due to money dispute over purchase of spectacles and as such, informant came to the shop of petitioner and abused in filthy language, owing to which, simple Maarpit took place between them and informant fell down on the earth and sustained lacerated injury on his head. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

No.40599 of 2022(3) dt.29-11-2022 2/2 Considering the backdrop, in which, Maarpit took place coupled with the fact that petitioner has got clean antecedent, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - VII, Siwan in connection with Mairwa P.S.
