It has been alleged by the informant, a police official that after coming to know about assemblage of anti-social elements at a temple, raid was conducted and during course thereof, the criminals indulged into cross-firing. However, none of the police officials sustained injury. At the other end, one of the miscreants namely Gaurav Kumar had sustained injury. At that very moment, Gaurav Kumar was armed with a pistol along with other items. Furthermore, the other miscreants were also apprehended including the petitioner, from whose possession one mobile set as well as cash appertaining to Rs.40/- were seized. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 14.05.2016 and as per Para-3 of the bail petition, petitioner has got no criminal

Accordingly, petitioner, Kundan Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.
