The petitioner seeks bail in Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 02/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 38 of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. Two persons were coming on a motorcycle and after seeing the police they started fleeing away. One Gunjan Kumar Singh was apprehended and from a bag 35 litres of country-made liquor was recovered. The petitioner is said to have fled away. Gunjan Kumar Singh has been enlarged on bail by the learned court below. The petitioner is in jail since 27.04.2017. The petitioner has remained in jail for more than two months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
