The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Purnea Sadar P.S. Case No. 54 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section-364 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that except the statement of co-accused, Tapas Pal, there is nothing against the petitioner. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent except one case, which has been registered under Sections-379/414 of the Indian Penal Code. Moreover, as per submission, the victim has already returned and the victim has also not named the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, in the event of his arrest or
