The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Purnea Sadar P.S. Case No. 54 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section-364 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that except the statement of co-accused, Tapas Pal, there is nothing against the petitioner. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent except one case, which has been registered under Sections-379/414 of the Indian Penal Code. Moreover, as per submission, the victim has already returned and the victim has also not named the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, in the event of his arrest or

No.48748 of 2014 (3) dt.19-05-2015 2/2 surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Purnea Sadar P.S. Case No. 54 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
