JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioners that they assaulted the informant and his brother for a petty dispute with regard to cost of bag.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the informant received superficial simple injury whereas brother of the informant has not received any injury, statement to that effect has been made in para 8 of the petition. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S.
