Petitioner, who happens to be driver of a tempo, was apprehended and on search, from the tempo, 120 litres of country made wine has been recovered.

Petitioner happens to be under custody since 03.05.2017 having no criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the petition. Accordingly, petitioner, Ramswaroop Yadav @ Ramsuroop Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of court of Special Judge, Excise Act, Gaya in connection with Sherghati PS Case No. 221/2017 (GR No. 805/2017).
