Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 03 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is torturing and murder of niece of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He is the father-in-law of the deceased. He is an old man aged about 65 years. He has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 12.01.2018.
