Considering the nature of dispute amongst the parties giving a flavour of civil cause inconsonance with the period of detention since 18.10.2016, petitioner Sadhu Sharan Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No.34/2016.
