The petitioners are in custody in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 201 of 2016 for the offences under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b) a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Although the petitioners are accused in other cases as stated in para-3 of the petition but the fact remains that the petitioners are in jail since 2.10.2016 and no objectionable article was recovered from their conscious or physical possession. In the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27113 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sh. Kumar Madhvendra, ACJM-II, Danapur (Patna) or the successor Court in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 201 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner will extend full cooperation in conclusion of the trial and will not, in any manner, influence the witnesses.
