JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-07-2015 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 12 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 506,307 of the Indian Penal Code. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the wife of Deonandan Ram threw gobar at the door of the informant which was opposed by the informant. On this accused persons including the petitioners assaulted the informant on his head by tangi and iron rod, causing head injury.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents.

The alleged occurrence is said to have been taken place due to petty reason. From perusal of the injury report, it appears that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30666 of 2015 (2) dt.30-07-2015 injuries are simple in nature.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners have been named in the First Information Report.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 12 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Sudhir Singh, J) P.K./- U T
