The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 266 of 2016, registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, co-accused Vivek Kumar confessed his guilt having hand in the present case and also the hand of the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner was apprehended in Kurhani P.S. Case No. 362 of 2016 and remanded in this case on 16.11.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28079 of 2017 (4) dt.19-07-2017 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Minapur P.S.
