JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2017 This application is filed to modify the order dated 2405-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24220 of 2017. It has been submitted that the petitioner was granted bail by this court by order dated 24-05-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24220 of 2017 but inadvertently, in the prayer portion of original bail petition, "Railway Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria" has been typed in place of "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barauni" and due to that, same mistake occurred in the order dated 24-05-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24220 of 2017. Accordingly, the order dated 24-05-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24220 of 2017 is modified to the extent that "Railway Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria", mentioned in the order be read as "learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barauni".
