JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 420, 424, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of E.C.Act.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that on secret information the informant , who happens to be the A.S.I. Mirganj Police Station raided at Hathwa More market and found green coloured kerosene oil in a drum and arrested co-accused Vijay Prasad. On query he disclosed that he brought the kerosene oil from this petitioner, who is a P.D.S. dealer. On behalf of the petitioner it has been submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a PDS dealer. The name of the petitioner has

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S.Case No. 190/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
