Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 324, 326, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
According to FIR, the petitioner and others, indiscriminately, fired causing injury to the mother of the informant and to the wife of younger brother. The injured witnesses have not identified the assailants nor they have named the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 10.05.2016.

Considering the aforesaid materials, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40053 of 2016 (5) dt.01-03-2017 2/2 petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhabhua (Kaimur)/successor Court in connection with Bhagwanpur Police Station Case No. 109 of 2001.
