JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2015 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 96 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 457, 380 and 411/34 of the IPC. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The accusation is of committing theft in the house of the informant.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner had got no criminal antecedent. As per allegation, it is said that the son of the petitioner had committed theft and kept the stolen articles. It is further submitted that there is no direct evidence to suggest that in any manner the petitioner had committed theft.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 96/2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Aurangabad, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
