NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 26-11-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 24.08.2016 in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S.Case No. 371 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/ 34 and 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The prosecution case is that the informant's father has been shot dead by some persons and while taking into hospital, he succumbed and died.

From perusal of the case diary as well as considering the allegations made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail is accordingly rejected.
