2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 21(B) of the NDPS Act and later on cognizance has been taken under Section 21(b) and 22(b) of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 72 pieces of Nitravet-10 tablets, 520 pieces of Tramol-50 tablets and 108 pieces of Spasmo-Proxyvon Plus table from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 13.09.2023.

4. Considering the huge recovery, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is rejected.
