ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-05-2015 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 20 (B) (ii) ( C ), 27A and 29 of the N.D.P.S.Act, Section 47 A of the Excise Act and Sections 25(1b)A, 26 and 25 of the Arms Act. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case the recovery was made from the house of Santosh Kumar Sah and Shivji Sah. It is further submitted that the persons, who were apprehended at the place of occurrence subsequently gave the name of this petitioner along with two others. It is stated by the said accused persons that this petitioner was also a partner of the accused persons. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery was

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender in the court below within a period of three weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge- cum- Special Judge, Buxar, in Brahmpur ( Krishna Brahm) P.S.Case No. 321 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
