Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sasaram (Darigaon) P.S. Case No. 643 of 2017 registered under Sections- 30(a), 36 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has been named in this case only on suspicion. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 12.05.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28306 of 2017 (2) dt.28-06-2017 case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Darigaon) P.S. Case No. 643 of 2017.
