Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Begusarai P.S. Case No. 254 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25 (1-B)A/26/35 Arms Act.

Allegation against petitioner is recovery of one country made pistol and one mobile from his room. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody since 05.05.2018. It has been further submitted that similarly placed one co-accused Sumit Kumar has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 39661 of 2018 vide order dated 10.07.2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38425 of 2018(3) dt.24-08-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 254 of 2018.
