2. The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to make necessary corrections regarding P.S. Case No. in paragraph no. 1 and prayer portion of the petition.

3. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 45 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 323, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the IPC.

4. The specific allegation against the petitioner is that he inflicted iron rod on the informant and he suffered injuries in his right hand.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45138 of 2024(2) dt.02-07-2024 2/2 that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has submitted further that the injuries are simple in nature.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 45 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
