2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.03.2023, passed in Cr. W.J.C. 645 of 2021 to the effect extending the period to file a representation before the Superintendent of Police, Siwan for further two weeks.

3. For the reasons stated in the application, the time to file a representation before the Superintendent of Police, Siwan is extended by further two weeks from today.

4. As such, the order dated 22.03.2023, passed in Cr. W.J.C. 645 of 2021 is modified to the extent indicated above.

5. The present order shall be treated as part and parcel
