Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 78 of 2017 registered under Sections- 30A of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. For the alleged recovery of 15 liters of country made liquor, petitioner is in custody since 11.04.2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28021 of 2017 (2) dt.23-06-2017 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge (Excise) II-cum-Additional District & Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 78 of 2017.
