The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant and others.
It is submitted that there is counter version being Guthani P.S. case No. 95/2015. All the injured persons got simple injuries as would appear from annexure-3 series. Considering the fact that there is case and counter case and on account of some dispute there was mutual fighting
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31466 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 between both sides and the informant and his family members got simple injuries , the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P. Jha, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Siwan in Guthani P.S. Case No. 94 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
