This is an application for regular bail in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 270 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant who is the father of deceased has alleged that due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry his daughter has been killed by her in-laws. It has been submitted that the deceased was ill and she was being treated in the hospital since 24.10.2017 and she died during treatment on 25.10.2017. The parents and other family members of the deceased were present in the hospital and also during cremation. FIR has been lodged on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37891 of 2018 (3) dt.12-09-2018 07.11.2017 i.e. after 12 days of death.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 270 of 2017.
