JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Mahila P.S. Case No. 68/18, disclosing offences under Sections 498A, 341, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 /4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Prosecution case is that the informant was married with the petitioner on 19.06.2016 and she lived peacefully for three months, thereafter, the petitioner and other started demanding Rs. 4 lac as dowry and on refusal by the informant, she was assaulted at the hands of informant. Lastly the accused persons after snatching all her belongings ousted from the house.

Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the complainant. Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that the informant is also ready to live with the petitioner, if she is kept with full honour and dignity as a wife. Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with direction to the petitioner and the informant to appear before the concerned court below on 16.10.
