The petitioners apprehends their arrest in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 117 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 147 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present case has been occasioned on account of the fact that that there is a dispute between the petitioners and his agnates, the informant of the present case. It is further submitted that some altercation took place on account of cultivation of land which led to the present case. It is further submitted that the injuries have been found to be simple in nature with regard to two of the persons, so alleged to have

Considering the aforesaid submissions and the nature of dispute, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Banka in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 117 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
