The petitioner is a licensee under the Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2001 as enforced vide Fair Price Shop Order, 2007 bearing License No. 4 of 2007.

The grievance of the petitioner is that although a criminal case has been instituted against him bearing Madhepur P.S. Case No. 203 of 2013 but without there being any order of cancellation or suspension, the shop of the petitioner has been attached and the allotments have been stopped. In the circumstances so set forth, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievance

Patna High Court CWJC No.15057 of 2014 (2) dt.20-05-2015 before the licensing authority-cum-Sub Divisional Officer, Jhanjharpur in the district of Madhubani and which shall be considered and disposed of within three months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order.
